At Millcreek Spine & Wellness, we believe the best results come from combining multiple evidence-informed treatments into a personalized care plan. Rather than relying on a single therapy, we evaluate your condition and recommend the right combination of chiropractic care, soft tissue treatments, therapeutic modalities, and rehabilitation to help you move better, feel better, and stay active for the long term.
Restore Motion. Relieve Pain. Improve Function.
Chiropractic spinal adjustments are gentle, precise treatments designed to restore normal movement to restricted joints in the spine and extremities. When joints are moving properly, the body can function more efficiently, often leading to reduced pain, improved mobility, and better overall performance. Every adjustment is tailored to your individual needs using a variety of techniques, including both manual and instrument-assisted methods, to ensure safe and effective care.
Relax, Recover, and Feel Your Best.
Massage therapy helps reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. Whether you're dealing with chronic muscle tightness, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to relieve everyday stress, our licensed massage therapists customize each session to meet your specific goals. Massage therapy also works exceptionally well alongside chiropractic care to help improve mobility and support long-term wellness.
Release Tight Muscles Naturally.
Cupping therapy uses specialized cups to create gentle suction on the skin, helping lift underlying tissues rather than compress them. This technique may help improve blood flow, decrease muscle tension, and enhance recovery after physical activity. Many patients find cupping beneficial for tight muscles, restricted movement, and general soreness, making it an excellent complement to chiropractic treatment.
Break Up Scar Tissue. Restore Movement.
Graston Technique is an instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy that uses specially designed stainless-steel tools to identify and treat areas of muscle restriction and scar tissue. This treatment helps improve mobility, reduce tissue adhesions, and support the body's natural healing process. It is commonly used for tendon injuries, chronic muscle tightness, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, and other soft tissue conditions.
Advanced Light Therapy for Faster Recovery.
Our Summus Medical Class IV K-Laser delivers high-powered therapeutic light energy deep into injured tissues to help reduce pain, decrease inflammation, and stimulate cellular healing. Laser therapy is non-invasive, painless, and requires no downtime. It is commonly used for conditions such as arthritis, tendon injuries, muscle strains, back and neck pain, joint pain, and sports injuries. Many patients notice improvement after just a few treatments.
Gentle Relief for Disc and Nerve Pain.
Spinal decompression therapy uses a specialized computerized table to gently stretch the spine in a controlled manner. This process helps reduce pressure on spinal discs and nerves while promoting improved circulation to injured tissues. Decompression therapy may be beneficial for patients experiencing disc bulges, herniated discs, sciatica, chronic neck pain, or chronic low back pain. Each treatment is customized to your condition and comfort level.
Reduce Pain. Relax Muscles. Promote Recovery.
Electrical stimulation therapy uses safe, low-level electrical impulses to stimulate muscles and nerves. This treatment can help reduce pain, decrease muscle spasms, improve circulation, and encourage muscle activation during recovery. E-Stim is frequently combined with chiropractic care and other therapies to help patients recover more comfortably and return to their daily activities sooner.
